REFUND POLICY

Workshops & Classes:

We do not offer refunds on cancelled Workshops or Classes.

However, with a min. 48 hour notice, we do offer a make-up classes.

For workshops with a min. 48 hour notice you can select an alternative workshop to attend.

Gift Shop:

For purchased items returned in good condition within 7 days we offer an exchange or an in-store credit.

We do not offer cash or credit card refunds.

Plants:

Our plants leave our premises in good condition – we do not know what happens next, and so we are not able to offer refunds nor exchanges on any plant material

POV POLICY

Proof of Vaccination is required for Workshops & Classes held at our partnering venues, such as  RBG, 13 Local Food & Beverage, OG Bottle Shop etc.

Government rules for restaurants apply.

You do not require POV at our Gift Shop or Allée.
