THE MAKING OF A FRENCH PEASANT GARDEN

Friday Evening 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm

Cocktail Reception – including a wonderful charcuterie buffet (cash bar)
Elaine’s Presentation: The Making of a French Peasant Garden
For six years, Elaine chronicled with photos & journal entries, the making of her beautiful French Peasant Garden.
Her presentation will feature photos of her garden in stages – (and her travels to France).
She’ll let you know how she sketched out the garden ready for landscaping & offer ideas on what to plant to create your own gorgeous garden.
What exactly is a French Peasant Garden?

An artistic yet working garden combining herbs, edibles, vegetables, cutting flowers, shrubs and vines by colour story – perfect for a small backyard or a grand rural vista !

BRINGING THE SPRING GARDEN INDOORS

Saturday Morning 9:00 am to 12:00 pm

$ 195 includes a guided garden stroll, continental breakfast, a presentation on decorating with spring plants & a take home project of potted bulbs :

 9:00 am – Tour of the Early Spring Rock Garden (dress in layers!)
10:00 am – Continental Breakfast
10:30 am – Presentation: The Spring Garden Indoors

Elaine offers tips & demos with wonderful ideas to bring an early spring garden indoors to enhance your home or office decor ! (take notes & lots of photos !)

Afterwards you’ll create your own little treasure of Spring Garden favourites.

THE SPRING CUTTING GARDEN

Saturday Afternoon 1:00 pm to 4:30pm

$295 includes a yummy lunch, Elaine’s presentation on designing with spring cut flowers & you’ll create your own over-the-top floral arrangement set in a hand-crafted reproduction stone planter :
1:00 pm for starters : Buffet Lunch (yummy) – RBG Chef always amazes !

1:45 pm Elaine presents: The Spring Cutting Garden, Designing with Fresh Cut Flowers – you’ll be inspired to add plants to your own garden (or your floral shopping sprees lol)

2:00 pm Floral Decorative Workshop (cut flowers in a hand-crafted reproduction stone planter – foamless)

SPRING FLOWERS ON A GRAND SCALE

Sunday 10:00 am to 4:30 pm

$495 includes tons of flowers & is a great day for beginners and floral aficionados alike: 
10:00 Welcome Coffee Session
10:30 – We’ll get started right away designing Florals on a GRAND SCALE & creating an over-the-top Faux Wedding/Special event (anyone want to re-new their vows ? the setting will be fairytale like)
 12:30 pm A Working Charcuterie Lunch (scrumptious!)
1:00 pm – Staging the FAUX WEDDING – We’ll design crazy fabulous flowers on 2 French Obelisk Towers to flank the spot where vows are said, Flowers on Pedestals for the entrance to the aisle, and a Meadow of Flowers for the grand walk down the Aisle (& a bouquet each of course !)
3:30 pm – Photo Session with a Professional Wedding Photographer. Add this to your own portfolio !
4:00 pm Wrap-up Cocktails – invite your friend to come see!
